Synopsis:
PRESENTATION by Peter Cheales
THE EXTREME SERVICE MAKEOVER (50 min. presentation)
THE CLASSIC - NEW MATERIAL - HARD HITTING - WORLD CLASS
I never complain... I never grumble at the poor service I get. I'll stand at the cashier's window while she chats with the typist about last night's date. I don't scowl when kept waiting, and if the salesperson who finally wanders over to see what I want is impatient or discourteous, I don't complain. I'm very tolerant. When I ask a simple question and get a curt answer, do I call the manager? No, I just tolerate the situation. I like to be nice to people because - well, that's the way I am. I never moan, I never fuss, I never criticize. I'd hate to make a scene like I have seen others do. I think that's just awful. No, I'm a nice customer. But I'll tell you something else too: I'm the customer who doesn't come back. That's my defence against being pushed around. You don't care? What does one more or less matter? But multiplied... I can ruin any business. That's why I can sit back and laugh when I see you spending all that money on advertising to get me back; when you could have kept me in the first place with a smile, a few kind words, a little service. An innovative prescription for successful, high-energy people to vitalize performance. After this presentation, you will be determined to 'make it happen' as never before: providing superlative customer service, spiraling productivity and greater efficiency, all of which can only strengthen your bottom line.

Ryder:
Technical Requirements:
It is advisable to have a computer-savvy/technical person present, should any technical problems arise. All the equipment is to be supplied by the client, besides a laptop computer.
LAPTOP COMPUTER:
Peter arrives at venue with his own laptop computer, which contains the audio and visual support to his presentation for added impact. Peter also supplies his own cordless, remote mouse.
The presentation cannot be copied to a memory stick or transferred to another computer.
Peter requires control over his laptop, rather than having it stand at the technical desk and being operated by the technicians. So his laptop needs to be set up IN THE FRONT OF THE ROOM at a table close to Peter on the stage. So the cabling from the laptop to the data projector needs to be run to the laptop, and not to the technical desk - this may require a long VGA cable, and may necessitate the installation of a booster box.
DATA PROJECTOR:
Peter requires a data projector. The brighter, the better.
SCREEN:
The visuals need to be projected onto a screen, which should be totally visible to all delegates
SOUND:
TESTING:
Please ensure that all equipment is tested on the day of Peter’s presentation, prior to Peter’s arrival at the venue. This is very important. Both lapel microphone and sound from laptop need to be tested simultaneously. Please also supply us with the name of the person and contact details responsible for ensuring the equipment requirements are met and tested.
Peter also requires a 20-minute sound check before he presents, without delegates present in the auditorium.
NO LECTERN IS REQUIRED.

SOUND:
- Lapel microphone. Peter can present without a microphone for boardroom sessions... or very small workshop-room settings (20-30 people). Anything bigger requires the use of a microphone.
- Sound cable for Peter’s laptop. The socket on the laptop is a “mini-jack”. Cable to extend to wherever the laptop will be positioned.
- Speakers. The bigger, the better! The amp and the speakers need to be connected directly into Peter’s laptop.
