*NEW* Brand Teacher?© (Talk)
Teachers think they are one homogenous group – but are they? Parents do not see teachers in the same way. We have labels and descriptions for every teacher based on how we perceive them, on their strengths, talents, abilities, personalities and weaknesses.

*NEW* Children Living In The Red Zone?© (Talk)
Children of all ages are suffering from burnout and it’s starting as early as preschool. What are we doing? Are our children living in the red zone called overload? If your child has no time for play dates with friends and you no longer have time to play games with each other, then you are living in the red zone. Get out, as quickly as you can!

*NEW* Bridging The Digital Divide© (Talk)
Move beyond the hype and scary stories about technology and social media in this interactive, conversational workshop about our changing world and why our tweens and teens are so attracted to it.

Future-Proof Your Child® (Talk):
This thought provoking multi-media presentation, peppered with personal anecdotes, will introduce you to the X-factors required for success in 2020 and beyond, providing many practical ideas to help children to develop them from an early age. Suitable for anyone involved in raising children of any age, from parents to teachers, aunts, uncles, grandparents and even parents to be.

Parenting On The Run® (Workshop)
In this acclaimed talk Nikki introduces the concept of cheating time by showing you how time spent in the car, doing household chores and activities or waiting for appointments, can be turned into valuable connection time with you and your child. Who should attend? All parents of children from 2 – 10 years.

Connecting With Children Through The Noise And Clutter©
Today’s children are born with a mouse in one hand and your wallet in the other. This presentation has been designed to help parents better understand how the noise of technology and the clutter of consumerism influence the way children are developing.

Connect The Tots© (Workshop)
After this fascinating, fun and interactive workshop, which showcases the importance of “putting together and taking apart”, you will never look at a packet of Jelly Tots or any construction toy in the same way again! Suitable for parents of both boys and girls from 2 to 10 years of age.

Get Outta your head© (Team Building Workshop)
Creative parenting expert, Nikki Bush will show your team how easy it is to connect through the process of play – by getting outta their heads.

Big kids still wanna play and have fun. In our fast-paced, performance-driven, high-tech world, we seem to have forgotten this and nowhere more so than in the business environment. While it may seem a bit contradictory, in a high tech world, the best response is one of high touch. And sometimes we need to get out of our heads for ideas to flow and for us to connect better with each other

Every employee, whether part of management or otherwise, lives with a never ending “to do list”. To motivate them to perform better and to improve their level of enthusiasm and commitment, we need to remember that teams are not just made up of human doings but human beings. And, much like children, they need to be “parented” by management in order to decrease the “fear factor”, increase the “I can factor”, affirm the “survivor factor” and abolish the “weakest link factor”. They also yearn to become heroes in their own life stories, which includes the chapter that is being written in their place of work right now.

Creative parenting expert and thought leader, Nikki Bush will show your team how easy it is to connect through the process of play – by getting outta their heads.

Through play we have the opportunity to:
-relate
-communicate
-connect
-collaborate
-co-operate
-create (new ideas or ways of thinking about something)
-level the playing fields between employees
-to break down barriers between people.

This workshop will encourage delegates to risk play. But first, they need to get out of their heads and become fully present. This is what play enables them to do – connection with others and engagement with the process then follows.

DESCRIPTION:

This workshop will include short pockets of interesting/emotive theory around the above concepts woven in between fun and humorous games and processes designed to get the team out of their heads and into engagement and experience. We will make fun out of nothing, play card games, word games, newspaper games and more. A lot of laughter is guaranteed.

SUITABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING AUDIENCES:
- Any business group
- Strat planning / brainstorming meetings
- Team builds or teams struggling to connect
- Conferences and seminars
- Back to work in the New Year
- Both men and women
