  • I use my own machine (MacBook Pro) for the presentation with my slide deck being in Keynote from and not PPT. 
  • I require an HDMI connection that I hook up to my machine using my own adapter that I will bring with me.
  • I will bring my own clicker, but am not against switching for another, should this be preferred. 
  • I require a bottle of still room temperature water at the front of the room during my presentation. 
  • My preference is to be able to see my ’next slide’ over either the comfort monitor or having my machine in view from the stage. 
  • Kindly arrange for a reliable sound output, as my presentation includes videos.
