Guest Speaker Amor Vittone’s incredible journey began at a young age. Her debut hosting Body Beat at just sixteen quickly led to becoming the face of Supersport. Amor’s incredible dance skills and Miss Johannesburg title paved her path to iconic productions like West Side Story, Girl Talk, Strictly Tap Dance Fever and Streets of Gold. In 2012, Amor took centre stage with her own show, Amorisque, at Emperors Palace’s Odeon Showbar, a four-month success story.

Her music career soared with her debut album Wild Cherry Kisses distributed by EMI, blending English, Afrikaans, and a tribute to her Italian with Ti Amo. With albums like Dance in Colours, Young Forever, and Amor, her stardom was sealed. Her first Afrikaans CD, Voluit, distributed by Select Music, achieved gold status in six months and earned a South African Music Award (SAMA) nomination for Best Afrikaans Pop. The same year, she received nomination for People Magazine’s Hottest SA Artist and the Huisgenoot Tempo Award for most popular Afrikaans female artist, with Voluit Lewe gaining recognition as the most popular song of 2007 and Amor as a Vonk Award nominee for Best Female Artist.

But Amor is more than a singer. She’s a charismatic choreographer, an MC for public and corporate events, and a motivational speaker with a knack for captivating audiences. Her Woman’s Day events are a hit. Her TV career includes hosting shows like Skoonma-se-Tong and Skoonpa-se-Tong, along with a judging role on Dans in jou Taal. She also portrayed the role of Zela on the hit Afrikaans soapie 7de Laan on SABC2. Currently, Amor is a judge on Acting with the Stars. Her exceptional talent and dedication have earned her accolades, including Best Choreographer at the Afri-Indie Awards, celebrating her 25-year journey in the music industry.
