Kirsty Bows

Kirsty Bows is a South African electric violinist and couture performance artist, recognised for creating high-impact live experiences where music, fashion, and movement converge. With a signature stage presence defined by elegance and cinematic intensity, her performances have amassed over 1.5 million views, establishing her as one of South Africa’s sought-after performers for premium cultural, corporate and brand experiences.

Classically trained as a composer, Kirsty graduated cum laude with two music degrees, combining technical excellence with contemporary spectacle. Her appreciation for luxury and fashion is further supported by her Inside LVMH Certification. She has performed for international and luxury brands including Ferragamo, featured her music at a Dior event, and appeared on global platforms including the Qatar Airways Cup and HSBC SVNS. She is also the musical face of the Saudi Arabian NEOM Gidori campaign.

Kirsty’s performance portfolio spans major international events, brand activations, fashion events, corporate celebrations and high-profile private functions. Her recent highlights include performances at the G20 Summit, Investec anniversaries in London and Guernsey, the Laureus Sports for Good Gala Dinner, the Western Cape DCAS Awards, Qatar Airways Cup, HSBC World Rugby 7s, Ferragamo and Omega brand activations, the Dior Rouge Lipstick Launch, and events in Cyprus, Rwanda, Austria, Turkey and the UAE.

Her work extends beyond traditional violin performance, including collaborations with orchestras, DJs, fashion productions and creative campaigns. She has also collaborated with the Rupert Family’s OKAPI on a custom violin case and featured in campaigns for Sony Alpha and NEOM Gidori.

Beyond the stage, Kirsty is a long-standing supporter of the Lalela Project and Imibala Trust, volunteering her time to youth development and creative empowerment in South Africa.
