Paul Rothmann

Paul Rothmann has been a presenter on SABC 2 Pasella since 1999. He is also an Advocate of the High Court. Paul obtained his B.Com Law and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria.

When he is not filming for Pasella, he acts as a Legal Advisor at SEESA (Small Enterprise Employers of South Africa), specialising in the field of Labour Law. He is also a passionate inspirational speaker, and an experienced Master of Ceremonies.

Paul is also a co-founder of WarriorCraft, an institution focussing on Life-coaching, Self-development and Self-defence. His partner is former radio station KAYA FM Managing Director, Charlene Deacon. He is a very experienced martial artist, with a background in Professional Thaiboxing, Kickboxing, Karate and Aikido. Paul is the former WPKA (Professional, Full-Contact) World Heavyweight Thaiboxing Champion, and obtained his National colours in Amateur Kickboxing and fought against a team from the UK. He was also runner-up at K1 Africa, which is a Super-heavyweight, 8-man, Thaiboxing knockout tournament, and has numerous other titles to his name.
