NJEZA'S TRIO
Njeza’sTrio, comprising NjezaDlamini(Guitar & Vocals), NjabuloShabalala (Percussion & Vocals) & SpheleleDlamini (Pennywhistle/Flutes & Vocals) have been performing since 2000.
The trio have performed abroad and locally for numerous corporate & social functions as well as festivals. Their repertoire includes Afro Jazz, Township Khwela, Afro indigenous sounds and Western jazz classics. Perfect as ambient background or main-stage entertainment.

The marimba, one of Africa’s oldest instruments, combines powerful rhythms and harmonies with lyrical melodies that provide a wonderful background entertainment. Marimbas are a popular choice because they present easy listening music that suits many contexts and environments. A professional 4piece marimba band -which may consist of male or female or even a combination of marimba players -presents a polished performance that result from years of experience.

From the more traditional dances of South Africa’s cultures to various Afro-contemporary styles, such as gumboot dancing, this groups range makes for varied entertainment.
They wear authentic African dance costumes that are vibrant and beautiful. African cloths, skins, colourful overalls and bright beading make for a visually stunning performance.
They have traveled the content and toured in China. Some of their highlights include a performance at the welcoming committee for Michael Jackson at Lost City and a performance for the Prince and Princess of Saudi Arabia at Pilanesburg Game Reserve.
