Cindy Norcott is a business woman, motivational speaker, business coach and the author of the business book, “How to be Unstoppable”. Cindy is the owner and manager of the recruitment agency, Pro Appointments which is 23 years old.
In May 2004, Cindy was awarded the BWA Regional Achiever of the Year for KZN. She was also given an award by Sanlam and 3Talk for being the Business Person of the Year in May 2005. Cindy was also nominated as one of the 29 Awesome Women of the Year by Cosmopolitan magazine. In 2013, Cindy was awarded the CEO Communications Most Influential Women in Business award for the services category. In April 2016, Cindy won the Margaret Hirsch Business Woman of the year competition for the Springfield branch.
In 2005, Cindy started the Robin Hood Foundation, a non-profit organization that runs various projects, such as Love the Babies, Gogo bags and Bless a Granny. Cindy was awarded a Paul Harris award by Westville Rotary in 2008 for selfless community service. In July 2015, Cindy won the Sunday Tribune Lead SA KZN Hero of the Year award.
